About Us

Dealicio is an offshoot of 53 Technology where we've developed a number of web applications for the media and publishing industries. Our web apps connect traditional media advertising to the web and are used successfully in major markets across the US.

Using our experience connecting traditional media advertising and the web we're creating Dealicio to be a scalable, flexible, web based advertising platform that takes advantage of emerging trends in social media and mobile technology.

Our team consists of seasoned entrepreneurs and technologists that are passionate about what we're doing. We have an advisory board that includes veterans of retail, consumer goods marketing, and technology. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions. We're based in Hanover, NH.

Team

• Graham Clarke

  Graham has been a partner with 53 Technology since 2000. As co-founder of Dealicio, Graham focuses on identifying market opportunities and has been working with early customers to refine our offering. Outside of Dealicio, Graham is active in the entrepreneurial community as the organizer of Ultra Light Startups Boston.

  The father of three daughters, Graham lives in Hanover, NH and stays busy coaching alpine skiing and girls lacrosse.

• John Olszewski

  John has been a partner with 53 Technology since 2000 and is co-founder of Dealicio, leading the product development team. John draws from a wealth of application development experience that includes helping traditional media companies leverage the web with e-commerce, improving product delivery for a leader in web based medical education, and deployment of a number of very successful custom web applications at prestigious universities.

  John lives in Norwich, Vermont with his wife Eileen, and their three boys. John is a musician, life-long Red Sox fan, and little league coach.

• Chan Morgan

Chan has almost twenty-five years of experience in financial and general management, and business and strategic corporate development. With extensive finance, management, strategic planning, and operational leadership experience in a variety of industries.

After working with Morgan Stanley & Co., Chan spent an additional fourteen years in New York pursuing a career in corporate financial management as a Director of Finance at The News Corporation where he was deeply involved in the Company's expansion into the internet throught its purchase of Delphi Internet Services in 1993 and into satellite television distribution worldwide among other strategic initiatives. And then as the Chief Financial Officer of a fund company focused on the development and distribution of business information content owned by the private equity firm, Clayton Dubilier and Rice he was involved in expanding distribution platforms for key decision making tools via the internet and print. Since returning to Northern New England in 2001, he has worked with entrepreneurs and financial investors managing several consumer product and manufacturing businesses including most recently leading as CEO the largest commercial fabricating and machining supply chain partner to the north regions' manufacturing sector.

Chan grew up in Grafton, Vermont and is a graduate of Dartmouth College. In 1991, he received an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s, Stern School of Business. Chan is an NCAA All-American ski racer who serves as Trustee and Treasurer of the Stratton Mountain School. He is the Junior 5 (8-10 yr olds) Program Director and Coach for Ford Sayre Memorial Ski Counsel in Hanover, NH, and periodically, he writes for Ski Magazine. Chan lives with his two sons and his wife Edie, a freelance journalist and author, in Etna, New Hampshire.

• Mike Patek

Mike joined 53 Technology in 2007 and is co-founder of Dealicio, currently working as lead developer. Mike's experience includes developing a high-volume application to sell and deliver gift certificates on the Internet. This application has been used successfully by media companies across the country since 2007. Mike has a MS in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania and has been actively developing web applications since 2002. Mike is also an avid rock and jazz drummer and lives in New Hampshire with his beautiful wife and three kids.
